Pricing & Rental Terms
- Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday
- Check in time is 5:00 p.m.
- Check out time is 10:00 a.m. and is mandatory (I do not mind if you are getting your boat ready, loading up stuff, etc. But you must be out of cabin at 10:00 a.m. for cleaning people.
- Rates are $1200 weekly for small cabin and $1600 weekly for large cabin. We can rent both together for $2500. There is an extra fee of $100 for small cabin and $200 for large cabin or $250 if your taking both, on a major holiday week.
- To reserve a week, I must receive a 50% deposit to hold. The balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival! Make sure you want this because after this period I will only refund if I can get another renter.
Please call me to confirm a week you want. If you choose to spend a week, write down below what week and month it is (Saturday to Saturday rental). Please enclose a check for 50% (I do accept credit cards but only for full weekly amount). If paying by check, balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival. Regardless of payment method, refunds after this date are only given if the unit can be rented. We are sorry if something bad happens or someone gets ill, but we cannot lose precious income when someone changes their mind after the due date. Sincerely Bill & Karen Hildenbrand/Owners.
