The small cabin is a cozy one story two bedroom cabin. It has small kitchen, large living room and 1 bath. It also has a screened porch that faces the waterfront.
Both cabins have brand new stack unit washer/dryer units. Both have cable television with new FLAT SCREEN HIGH DEF televisions with DVD and movies, phone and high speed internet. Both have CD stereos. Each has it's own gas grill. Each has an air conditioner (you rarely need it). Both kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, all utensils, cookware, coffee machine, and microwaves. Everything is provided BUT towels, linens and washcloths.
The waterfront is a beautiful four acre very private sanctuary. There is a shared granite outdoor fireplace with wood. The boathouse houses and connects to our fabulous 16 foot x 20 foot new aluminum dock on the river. One full size boat per cabin allowed. Small boats can be tied to a tree on the sandy beach area. We also provide two canoes and one kayak to be shared by the cabins.
There is plenty of private parking for each cabin on the street side of the cabins.

The large cabin is two story home and has three bedrooms and will sleep 8 comfortably. It has been restored and remodeled to give you all the charm of an old log home with all the upgrades of the modern day world.
It has a brand new kitchen and brand new all tile bathroom with tile walk in shower. The floors are all original hardwood floors. The walls and ceiling are all original wanes coating in beautiful early 1900's condition. It has a wondrous screened in wrap around porch which circles the entire home.
